Sirloin steak with mushroom sauce

Ingredientes

For 4 people:


  • 4 sirloins of 200 g each
  • 250 g of mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 75 g of butter
  • 1 glass of meat broth
  • 1 dram of brandy
  • 1 dram of white wine
  • Water
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chopped parsley
Method

Chop the onion, put it in a sieve and skim it in a saucepan with boiling water for one minute. Dry it with a kitchen towel.Melt the butter (50 g) with a splash of oil (to prevent the butter from burning). Add the salted fillets and let them brown on both sides. Remove the meat and add the onion drained. Let it brown a little. Pour the brandy and flambea. Add the wine, let it evaporate and add the broth. Let reduce the sauce.Sauté the mushrooms in a pan with the rest of the butter and a drizzle of oil and add them to the sauce. Add the sirloins and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Bring it to a boil for a minute and add salt. Serve and ready to eat!!
