Lasagna

Ingredients:

For 4/6 people:
  • 600 gr. of minced meat
  • 12 sheets of lasagna
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 50 gr. of dry bread crumb
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 350 ml. of tomato sauce
  • 100 gr. of grating cheese
  • Water
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley

Method

Put plenty of water to boil, season and introduce the sheets of pasta. Cook for 8-10 minutes, refrigerate and spread them on a dish towel.

Chop the garlic, the onion, the pepper and the carrots finely and put them to poach in a casserole with a splash of oil. Season Pour the wine, the tomato sauce and let reduce for 10 minutes.

Place the meat in a bowl, salt and add chopped parsley. Mix well and add everything to the vegetable casserole. Let cook for 4-5 minutes.

Stretch 3 sheets of lasagna in the bottom of a baking tray. Put a layer of filler and extend again with 3 other sheets. Repeat the process so that there are 4 layers of lasagna and 3 layers of meat. Place the bread crumb in a bowl and grate the cheese on top. Mix well and sprinkle.

Gratin in the oven for about 10-12 minutes. Serve the lasagna with meat and decorate with a leaf of parsley.
